Job summary

Cytora, part of Applied Systems, is seeking a Customer Business Analyst to join the Customer Success Team. You’ll bridge business needs and technology, owning requirements, user stories, and AI-driven workflows that help insurers and brokers move faster and smarter.

Collaborative, growth‑minded culture with hybrid work options. You’ll work with diverse teams, run client workshops, and drive continuous improvement in BA practices using AI tools and data insights.

Qualifications

• Proven Business Analysis experience with exposure to insurance (underwriting, claims, policy administration, or distribution)
• Ability to run client‑facing workshops and influence senior stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, including prompt engineering and AI-assisted workflows
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Delivery Manager to plan sprints and manage backlogs
• Lead client discovery workshops and identify opportunities for Cytora to add value
• Translate client needs into clear requirements and user stories for engineering and product teams
• Design AI‑driven workflows and validate outputs across end‑to‑end scenarios
