Job summary

Cytora, part of Applied Systems, seeks a Customer Business Analyst to join the Customer Success team. Based in London or remote, you’ll drive AI-enabled insurance outcomes by translating client needs into actionable requirements for engineering and product teams.

You’ll run client workshops, manage stakeholder expectations, and help design data workflows and analytics reporting while advancing BA practices within agile delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven Business Analysis experience, with insurance sector exposure is a plus.
• Ability to run client-facing workshops and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery workshops and translate needs into clear requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams on data, integrations and design.
• Own test strategy, UAT leadership, and AI output validation.
• Contribute to agile delivery and continuous improvement of BA practices.
