Cytora, now an Applied Systems company, is reshaping insurers' decisions with AI-powered platforms. We seek a Customer Business Analyst to join the Customer Success team, collaborating across engineering and product to deliver value to clients.

You will design and refine business processes, lead workshops, and translate needs into actionable requirements, while promoting efficient, AI-enabled analytics and reporting. Hybrid remote options are available.

Qualifications

• Proven Business Analysis experience in insurance would be ideal.
• Able to run client-facing workshops and influence stakeholders.
• Hands-on with AI tools, prompt engineering, AI-driven workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and risk identification within client delivery.
• Lead client discovery workshops and translate needs into clear requirements.
• Define data inputs, system touchpoints, and exception handling early in design.
• Analyze product performance with reporting tools and drive improvements.
