Cytora, now an Applied Systems company, is hiring a Customer Business Analyst to join the Customer Success team. You will work on AI-driven workflows, translate client needs, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver value in the insurance domain.
The role supports hybrid work with London/Remote options and opportunities to grow within a fast-moving insurtech environment.
Qualifications
- Proven Business Analysis experience with insurance sector exposure.
- Experience running client-facing workshops and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, including prompt engineering and AI-assisted workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Delivery Manager to plan sprints and manage backlog.
- Lead client discovery workshops and identify value opportunities.
- Translate business needs into requirements and user stories for engineering.
- Identify data inputs, integration touchpoints and exception scenarios early.
- Manage analytical reporting of product performance using Thoughtspot.
- Design AI-driven workflows and prompt strategies.
- Improve BA practices with AI, automate repetitive analysis tasks.
- Own test strategy, acceptance criteria, and UAT.
- Coordinate with agile teams to manage priorities and risks.
- Monitor live solutions and drive performance improvements.
