Job summary

Cytora, now an Applied Systems company, seeks a Customer Business Analyst to join the Customer Success team. Based in London or remote, you’ll partner with engineers and product teams to turn client needs into clear requirements, lead discovery workshops, and help shape AI-powered insurance solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven Business Analysis experience in insurance or similar domains.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, prompt engineering, and AI-driven workflows.
• Ability to run client-facing workshops and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Work within the client delivery team under the Delivery Manager to support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and risk identification.
• Lead client discovery workshops and translate business needs into actionable requirements for eng/product teams.
• Identify data inputs, system integration touchpoints, and exception scenarios early in design lifecycle.
• Manage analytical reporting of product performance using tools like Thoughtspot.
• Design and optimize AI-driven workflows and prompt strategies.
• Improve BA practices with AI, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance insight generation.
• Own test strategies, acceptance criteria, UAT, and end-to-end scenario validation.
• Collaborate with agile delivery teams to manage priorities, risks, and dependencies.
• Monitor live solutions to drive continuous improvement.
