Job summary

Cytora, now an Applied Systems company, is hiring a Customer Business Analyst to join the Customer Success team in London or remote. You will work with diverse stakeholders to translate business needs into clear requirements and design AI-enabled workflows that add value for end users.

You’ll lead client workshops, collaborate with engineering and product, and drive data-driven decisions while continuously improving BA practices through automation and AI.

Qualifications

• Proven business analysis experience in insurance (underwriting, claims, policy administration, or distribution)
• Experience running client workshops and influencing senior stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with AI tools including prompt engineering and AI-driven workflows
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the delivery team to plan sprints, backlogs, and risk
• Lead client discovery workshops and identify value opportunities for Cytora
• Translate client needs into requirements, user stories, and process designs for engineering/product
• Identify data inputs, integration touchpoints, and edge cases early in design
• Manage analytical reporting of product performance using BI tools like Thoughtspot
• Design AI-driven workflows and optimize prompt strategies
• Improve BA efficiency with AI-driven automation and documentation
• Own test strategy, acceptance criteria, and UAT across end-to-end scenarios
• Collaborate in agile teams to manage priorities and dependencies
• Monitor live solutions and drive performance improvements
