Job summary

Real Life Options Group is seeking Relief Support Workers to assist individuals in their own homes across Bishopton Road and surrounding areas. The role offers relief and bank hours with paysl £12.71 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will follow daily plans, help with personal care, finances, and household tasks, and promote independence and social inclusion in the community.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS is required for this role.
• Driver preferred but not essential.
• Experience of supporting people in their own homes is valued.

About the Role

You will be supporting individuals in their own homes, enabling them to live as independently as possible while promoting dignity, choice and inclusion.

Your role will include:

• Following daily planners to ensure consistent support
• Assisting with financial expenditure
• Supporting with personal care
• Domestic tasks and household support
• Administration of medication

A particularly rewarding part of the role is supporting individuals totake part in activities within their local community, promoting confidence, independence and social inclusion.

Shifts

Candidates must be flexible and able to cover:

• Days
• Evenings
• Weekends
• Waking nights

Drivers preferred but not essential

An enhanced DBS is required for this role.
