Job summary

Real Life Options is seeking a Relief Support Worker in Easterhouse, Glasgow. You will provide person-centred support to help individuals live life they choose, offering physical and emotional assistance and promoting independence.

Join an experienced team dedicated to helping clients reach their goals. The role requires flexible shifts between 8am and 10pm, may include waking nights, and involves liaising with health professionals and maintaining thorough records.

Pay:£13.45per hour


About the Role


At Real Life Options we provide person centred support to enable the Supported Person to live the life that they choose. Support is uniquely tailored to each individual, ensuring they have choice and control over the planning and delivery of their support. You will support them to reach their potential by providing both physical and emotional support, along with encouraging them to develop positive relationships and achieve their goals.


You’ll be working alongside an experienced and friendly team in a role that gives you the opportunity to make a real difference. We’re looking for committed and caring individuals who have great communication skills.


What You'll Do

Shift Patterns


Regular shifts will be between 8am and 10pm but can change depending on the Supported Person and you may occasionally be required to cover Waking Night Shifts. You will be required to work across the week and weekend.
