Job summary

Real Life Options is hiring Relief Support Workers in Easterhouse, Glasgow. The role offers relief hours with a pay rate of £13.45 per hour. You will support individuals to live independently, work with a caring team and participate in planning and delivering tailored support.

We seek compassionate, reliable people who communicate well and can adapt to a flexible schedule, including weekend coverage. Enhanced PVG is required and training is provided.

Relief Support Worker
Location:Easterhouse, Glasgow

About the Role

At Real Life Options we provide person centred support to enable the Supported Person to live the life that they choose. Support is uniquely tailored to each individual, ensuring they have choice and control over the planning and delivery of their support.You will support them to reach their potential by providing both physical and emotional support, along with encouraging them to develop positive relationships and achieve their goals.

You’ll be working alongside an experienced and friendly team in a role that gives you the opportunity to make a real difference. We’re looking for committed and caring individuals who have great communication skills.

Shift Patterns

Regular shifts will be between 8am and 10pm but can change depending on the Supported Person and you may occasionally be required to cover Waking Night Shifts.
You will be required to work across theweekand weekend.
