You will follow daily plans, help with personal care, finances, and household tasks, and promote independence and social inclusion in the community.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS is required for this role.
• Driver preferred but not essential.
• Experience of supporting people in their own homes is valued.

Responsibilities

• Follow daily planners to ensure consistent support.
• Assist with financial expenditure.
• Provide personal care.
• Support with domestic tasks and household management.
• Administer medication.
• Help participants take part in activities within their local community.
