Job summary

Real Life Options is seeking Relief Support Workers to provide person-centred support in individuals’ own homes. You will follow daily planners, assist with personal care, manage simple finances, and perform domestic tasks while encouraging independence and inclusion.

The role includes covering relief and bank hours, with an hourly rate of £12.71. An enhanced DBS is required, and drivers are preferred though not essential. Benefits and rewards are offered.

About the Role

You will be supporting individuals in their own homes, enabling them to live as independently as possible while promoting dignity, choice and inclusion.

Your role will include:

• Following daily planners to ensure consistent support
• Assisting with financial expenditure
• Supporting with personal care
• Domestic tasks and household support
• Administration of medication

A particularly rewarding part of the role is supporting individuals totake part in activities within their local community, promoting confidence, independence and social inclusion.

Shifts

Candidates must be flexible and able to cover:

• Days
• Evenings
• Weekends
• Waking nights

Drivers preferred but not essential

An enhanced DBS is required for this role.
