Job summary

Real Life Options are seeking Relief Support Workers to assist individuals in their own homes and promote independence with dignity, choice and inclusion.

You will follow daily planners, help with personal care, domestic tasks and medication administration while supporting community activities and social inclusion. DBS clearance is required, and roles cover days, evenings, weekends and waking nights with enhanced training and benefits.

Qualifications

• DBS check is required for this role.
• Comfortable working in people0s homes and delivering person-centred support.
• Able to follow daily plans and support with activities in the community.

About the Role

You will be supporting individuals in their own homes, enabling them to live as independently as possible while promoting dignity, choice and inclusion.

Your role will include:

• Following daily planners to ensure consistent support
• Assisting with financial expenditure
• Supporting with personal care
• Domestic tasks and household support
• Administration of medication

A particularly rewarding part of the role is supporting individuals totake part in activities within their local community, promoting confidence, independence and social inclusion.

Shifts

Candidates must be flexible and able to cover:

• Days
• Evenings
• Weekends
• Waking nights

Drivers preferred but not essential

An enhanced DBS is required for this role.
