Job summary

Real Life Options in Tarvet (Northeast Fife) is seeking Relief Support Workers to provide high-quality support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism. You will help people live as independently as possible, promote dignity, choice and inclusion, and support daily routines.

Flexible shift patterns include days, evenings, weekends, and some night shifts, with full training and ongoing support offered. We value honesty, empathy, and a person-centered approach to empower communities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in care or support work is desirable but not essential, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.

About the Role

• Administering medication

Shift Patterns

We provide support 24 hours a day, therefore flexibility is important.
