Job summary

Real Life Options is seeking a Relief Support Worker for the Longcroft care home. You’ll join a supportive team, helping individuals with daily living tasks, personal care, and medication administration, while promoting independence and meaningful activity.

No prior care experience required; you’ll be supported to learn and grow. This role operates on a rota basis, including alternate weekends, and PVG checks are required for successful applicants.

Relief Support Worker

Longcroft, Hours: Relief hours available, Pay: £13.45 per hour

You’ll become part of a dedicated team of experienced support workers, assisting individuals within the carehome. On a typical day, you’ll help promote independence and support people to meet their chosen goals. This includes help with daily living skills such as personal care, and medication administration.

The individuals we support enjoy a variety of meaningful activities each day, and you’ll play a key role in encouraging and enabling them to achieve their life goals in a safe and happy environment. You’ll work both independently and as part of a supportive team.
