Job summary

Luxury Leisure in Scunthorpe is seeking a Customer Service Assistant / Supervisor to deliver outstanding customer service and ensure venues run smoothly. You’ll primarily assist customers while stepping up to supervisory duties when required, earning the enhanced hourly rate.

The role involves 3 x 8 hour shifts across 7 days, with weekends required. Enhanced rate £13.25/hr for supervisory duties and an extra £1.50/hr for hours between 11pm and 6am.
