Job summary

Luxury Leisure in Manchester is seeking a supervisor to oversee the venue floor and staff, working 4 x 10 hour night shifts across the week.

The role includes managing cash, supporting banking, promoting events, and delivering excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with gambling legislation and ID checks.

• Comfort with cash handling and minor banking tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the venue floor and staff on shift and act as manager in their absence.
• Carry a master cash float and support in collections and banking.
• Deliver excellent customer service and contribute to day-to-day venue operations.
• Promote offers, promotions and events, and provide refreshments to customers.
• Handle cash and provide customers with change as required.
• Adhere to ID checking and gambling legislation requirements.

Job description

Shift pattern: Full flexibility across the week required, working 4 x 10 hours night shifts out of 7 nights per week.

If working between the hours of 11pm and 6am, you will receive an additional £1.50 per hour between those times.

As a supervisor you will be supervising the venue floor and staff on shift, as well as acting as manager in their absence. Further duties may also include:

• Carrying a master cash float
• Supporting in collections and banking

Alongside the above duties you will be expected to deliver excellent customer service and will play an integral role in day to day running of our venue. You could be:

• Promoting our excellent offers, promotions and events.
• Providing refreshments and snacks to our customers.
• As a coin based business, handling cash is a big part of our teams daily duties, therefore you will be expected to provide customers with change.

With us operating within the gambling industry, there is an element of ID checking, as we operate a challenge 25 policy across all of our venues, as well as complying with and following strict gambling legislation.
