Job summary

Carlisle Support Services is hiring a proactive Supervisor to lead a team on designated client stations. You will ensure shifts run smoothly, manage on-site incidents, and uphold client requirements with professionalism.

Key tasks include rostering, staff briefings, health and safety compliance, training, and providing timely reports to control room. You will be the first line of response for emergencies and maintain high standards of customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of Supervisor experience is required.
• Reliable, punctual, flexible, and smart in appearance.
• Able to interact with clients and customers in a positive manner.
• Level 2 certificate in Spectator Safety or willingness to obtain the qualification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time for all designated shifts.
• Book onto shift in line with contract requirements at a station.
• Wear provided uniform and remain courteous on duty.
• Report all incidents in line with policy.
• Investigate and report Health & Safety issues raised by staff.
• Provide refresher and update training and maintain records.
• Ensure staff are booked on, present, and understand the Timegate app.
• Carry out investigations and provide reports to management and Control Room when requested.
• Act as first line response to emergencies involving CSS staff on duty.
• Deliver toolbox talks and ensure compliance with Data Protection Act.
