Job summary

Carlisle Support Services is seeking enthusiastic, reliable supervisor candidates to join our security/events team. You will supervise staff, handle incident reporting and health-and-safety duties, and ensure proper use of the Timegate app on site.

Successful candidates will be punctual, professional, and team-focused, with an ability to train others and manage shift coverage across designated stations at multiple venues. Applicants must be 18+ and able to provide required screening documents.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisor experience.
• Reliable, punctual and flexible.
• Friendly, professional and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time for shifts and book on/off per contract.
• Wear provided uniform and maintain courtesy.
• Report incidents in line with policy and investigate health and safety issues.
• Ensure staff are booked on and understand the Timegate app.
• Provide training and refresher updates; maintain records.
