Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in supervising a team.
• Railway industry experience preferred.
• Full UK driving licence.
• SIA Guarding or Door Supervision licence required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate officers during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee gatehouse activities and ensure safety and compliance.
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and documentation.
• Communicate instructions clearly between officers and site management.
• Respond to incidents, make decisions, and coordinate with emergency services if needed.
• Uphold professional standards, customer service, and security protocols.
