Job summary

Carlisle Support Services is seeking a Duty Manager to act as first point of contact for employees and client representatives, coordinating with scheduling, admin and team leaders to keep operations efficient. You will oversee resource deployment, ensure site coverage, uphold policies, handle customer complaints, and deputize for the Contract Manager as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role within a customer-driven service environment.
• Proven ability to problem solve and deliver practical solutions.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with prioritisation ability.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Demonstrates relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for employees and client representatives daily.
• Coordinate with scheduling, administration and Team Leaders to optimise operations.
• Ensure resources are available for scheduling deployment and site coverage.
• Ensure revenue protection operations align with customer requirements.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and customer requirements.
• Assist with station revenue blocks during special events as directed.
• Investigate and respond to customer complaints in a timely manner.
• Deputise for the Contract Manager when required and attend client meetings.
• Complete H&S inspections and ensure equipment is maintained and safe.
