Regulatory Healthcare Solicitor, 4+ Years PQE, Birmingham, £65,000+ (DOE) – This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor with a genuine interest in healthcare regulation and inquest advocacy to work on high‑profile, meaningful cases for a broad range of healthcare providers. JOB REF:2377.

THE ROLE
  • The role will primarily focus on managing a varied caseload of inquest matters for NHS clients, care homes and other healthcare organisations.
  • You will also have the opportunity to contribute to wider healthcare regulatory and advisory work across the team.
  • You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of inquest and regulatory files, attending inquest hearings nationwide, providing advocacy at pre‑inquest review hearings and inquests and preparing witnesses and attending meetings with clients in advance of hearings.
SKILLS REQUIRED
  • Applications are sought from Regulatory Healthcare Solicitors with a minimum of 4 Years PQE.
  • You will have a real interest in healthcare regulation and inquest work.
  • Advocacy experience is essential.
  • Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work well within a team environment.
