Pines Edge at North Hill offers a unique “Small House” model of care, featuring seven households with just 10–12 private rooms — each with its own bath, surrounding a central kitchen and inviting common spaces for dining, recreation, rehabilitation, or quiet reflection. It’s a warm, home-like setting where you can provide truly personalized care — a meaningful departure from traditional nursing homes.
Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse in Massachusetts.
Pay Range: $38.50-$49.00/hour Individual compensation within this range is based on a candidate’s specific qualifications, including education, overall experience, relevant experience, and specific skills. We strive to ensure that compensation is competitive, fair, and reflects the value each candidate brings to the role.
