Spire Cardiff Hospital | Private Hospital | Registered Nurse - Outpatients | Part Time - 15 hours per week

Are you an experienced Registered Nurse looking the opportunity to work in a leading private healthcare setting?

Spire Cardiff Hospital is seeking a dedicated and skilled nurse to join our Outpatients team on a permanent part time basis, offering you the opportunity to make a real difference to patient care.

About the Role:

As a valued member of our Outpatients department, you'll deliver high-quality, patient‑centred care across a wide range of surgical and medical specialities. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your clinical expertise to a supportive, forward‑thinking team in a modern hospital environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Nurse‑led clinics including dressing and phlebotomy, and support pre‑operative assessments
  • Provide clinical and chaperone support to consultants during examinations and minor procedures
  • Coordinate investigations and ensure smooth, efficient patient pathways
  • Support the Outpatients Manager and wider team in maintaining high standards of care and service delivery
  • Deliver personalised, evidence‑based nursing care in line with Spire policies and best practice
Who we are looking for:
  • NMC‑registered nurse with relevant post‑registration experience
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A compassionate, proactive approach to patient care
  • Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Venepuncture and ILS training desirable (training can be provided)

Contract: Permanent - Part Time 15 hours per week

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, between the hours of 08:00 - 20:30 and Saturday 08:00 - 13:00
