The job posting is for a Registered Nurse position at Aria Healthcare, a 41-bedded Nursing, Dementia & Residential care Home in Heathfield, East Sussex. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for leading an amazing care team, promoting independence and dignity, and enriching the lives of the individuals in their care.

Main duties of the job

As a Registered Nurse at Aria Healthcare, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to the residents of the home. This includes assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care needs of the individuals in your care. You will also be responsible for leading and managing a team of care staff, ensuring that they provide the best possible care to the residents. The role requires a full-time commitment of 36 hours per week, with day and night shifts on rotation and alternate weekends required.
