A leading health provider in the UK is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver person-centred care and support for residents. You will manage a care unit, oversee care plans, and work closely with an excellent team. Take responsibility for the well‑being of our residents and ensure their physical, emotional and social needs are met.
Coach and guide the team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes for colleagues and other care professionals.
Carry out assessments and develop, implement and evaluate individualised care plans for each of our residents.
Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to the relevant standards, policies and legislation.
Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin, responsible for managing the unit alongside clinical duties in the home. This includes oversight of care, administering and ordering medication, reviewing and evaluating individual care plans and providing clinical guidance to the care team.
Previous experience ensuring that policies and standards are maintained at a high clinical standard.
Confidence in providing clinical guidance to care teams, essential in supporting all CQC tasks.
Highly trusted member who builds connections with residents and their families, offering kindness, support and care.
Effective communication and reporting skills for handover, and the ability to handover clinical issues to other team members and healthcare professionals.
Enhanced skills required for night shift – strong critical thinking, confidence, self‑reliance, ability to manage care staff and remain calm in emergencies.
Your starter bonus will be paid in the next available pay run after you complete four weeks' service, subject to tax and NI deductions.
