Job summary

SCR is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our children’s residential home in the United Kingdom. You will drive care quality, oversee regulatory compliance, and ensure strong outcomes for young people while managing a dedicated team.

The role requires proven experience in children’s residential services and a solid understanding of the Children’s Homes National Minimum Standards and the Children’s Act 2010.

Qualifications

• Management experience within young people’s residential services.
• Excellent working knowledge of Children’s Homes National Minimum Standards & The Children’s Act 2010.
• Ability to cope with emotionally challenging situations and remain calm under pressure.
