SCR is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our children’s residential home, ensuring high standards of care, compliance with regulations and positive outcomes for young people. You will drive safeguarding, child protection and quality improvements while supporting a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Experience managing within young people’s residential services.

• Ensure safeguarding, governance and regulatory requirements are met.

Job description

Requirements:

• Management experience within young people’s residential services
• RMA / NVQ 4 in Leadership & Management / ILM Level 5 (or willingness to commence within 3 months)
• Excellent working knowledge of Children’s Homes National Minimum Standards & The Children’s Act 2010
• Ability to cope with emotionally challenging situations and remain calm under pressure
