Job summary

SCR is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our childrens residential home in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on high standards of care, compliance with regulations and positive outcomes for young people.

You will oversee a committed team, ensure safeguarding and quality assurance, and drive continuous improvement through staff development and robust governance. A passion for safeguarding and resilience is essential.

Qualifications

• Management experience within young peoples residential services
• RMA / NVQ 4 in Leadership & Management / ILM Level 5 (or willingness to commence within 3 months)
• Excellent working knowledge of Childrens Homes National Minimum Standards & The Childrens Act 2010
• Ability to cope with emotionally challenging situations and remain calm under pressure
