Job summary

SCR social care is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our children’s residential home, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance and outcomes for young people.

You will have significant management experience in children’s residential services, with RMA/NVQ 4 in Leadership & Management or ILM Level 5, and a strong knowledge of the Children’s Homes National Minimum Standards & The Children’s Act 2010.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing children’s residential services
• RMA / NVQ 4 in Leadership & Management or ILM Level 5 (or willing to commence within 3 months)
• Excellent knowledge of Children’s Homes National Minimum Standards & The Children’s Act 2010
• Ability to cope with emotionally challenging situations and stay calm under pressure
