Job summary

SCR is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our children’s residential home, ensuring high standards of care, compliance and positive outcomes for young people.

You will manage a dedicated team, uphold safeguarding duties and drive continuous improvement through training and effective governance.

Qualifications

• Management experience within young people’s residential services.
• RMA / NVQ 4 in Leadership & Management / ILM Level 5 (or willingness to commence within 3 months)
• Excellent working knowledge of Children’s Homes National Minimum Standards & The Children’s Act 2010
• Ability to cope with emotionally challenging situations and remain calm under pressure
