SCR is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our children’s residential home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance for young people.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a children’s residential service.
• Qualified in Leadership & Management (RMA/NVQ4 or ILM Level 5) or willing to start within 3 months.
• Thorough knowledge of Children’s Homes National Minimum Standards & The Children’s Act 2010.
• Ability to stay calm and support young people in challenging situations.
