SCR is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our children’s residential home in the North East. You will ensure the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance for young people, while guiding staff and improving outcomes.

Qualifications

• Management experience in children’s residential services.
• Excellent knowledge of safeguarding standards and legislation.

• Lead the children’s residential home to ensure the highest standards of care and compliance.
• Safeguard welfare of young people and ensure adherence to safeguarding policies.
• Drive continuous improvement and oversee performance against outcomes.

• RMA / NVQ 4 in Leadership & Management / ILM Level 5 (or willingness to commence within 3 months)
• Excellent working knowledge of Children’s Homes National Minimum Standards & The Children’s Act 2010
• Ability to cope with emotionally challenging situations and remain calm under pressure
