Our Supported Living service has recently been rated as Outstanding by CQC. We are looking for an outstanding individual to lead the service as our Registered Manager.
You will take responsibility for management of our Supported Living service ensuring the people who live within our services receive the highest quality person centred support. Our supported living houses are in Denaby and Mexborough supporting 6 individuals soon to be 9 with further expansion planned.
You will help manage all new referrals whilst ensuring quality and compliance. You will line manage motivate and lead Team Leaders and ensure our service continues to be rated as Outstanding.

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health Social Care or equivalent
Significant and recent management experience in a registered setting with autism / learning disabilities and complex needs.
Strong colleague management skills together with excellent communication skills and a strong commercial acumen.
Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations health & social care legislation and regulatory requirements
