Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in fostering within the last 5 years.
• Ability to satisfy Ofsted as a Registered Manager.
• Must hold a full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Registered Manager for compliance and inspections.
• Lead recruitment, assessment, and training of foster carers.
