Sgscare is actively seeking a Registered Manager to oversee a warm, safe children's home in Coventry. You will ensure regulatory compliance, lead a dedicated team and drive positive outcomes for young people, within a supportive environment.

The role requires Level 3/5 diplomas (or willingness to undertake Level 5), extensive residential care management experience, and a full UK driving licence. 37.5 hours weekly, permanent contract, with a £7,500 welcome bonus.

Qualifikationen

• Level 3 Diploma for the Children and Young People's Workforce is required.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare is required or to be undertaken.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
