Job summary

Sgscare is recruiting a Registered Manager for a Huddersfield children’s home. You will lead with compassion, drive safety, and deliver superior care in line with Ofsted standards.

You should have, or be working towards, a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, plus prior Registered/Deputy experience in a children’s home. This permanent role offers progression and a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards).
• Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a Children's Home.

Responsibilities

• Lead a children's home to Ofsted standards and ensure high-quality care.
• Develop and mentor staff teams to deliver safe, nurturing, and empowering environments.
