Job summary

Sgs-Care-Ltd is seeking a Registered Manager to run a warm, friendly children's home in Coventry. The role requires ensuring a safe, supportive environment where young people achieve positive outcomes while complying with regulations.

You will lead a motivated team, manage budgets and resources, safeguard young people, and drive continuous improvement, aligning with the home's Statement of Purpose and safeguarding standards.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Diploma for the Children and Young People’s Workforce.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to undertake).
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• ensure compliance with the Children's Homes Regulations and deliver high-quality care
