Job summary

Recruit Me Care Ltd in Walsall is seeking a Registered Manager to lead a children’s home and provide a safe, nurturing environment for young people, helping them achieve positive outcomes.

You will drive safeguarding, ensure compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations, manage budgets and resources, lead a motivated team, supervise induction and CPD, liaise with professionals, and uphold the home’s statement of purpose. A welcome bonus of £7,500 is offered along with ongoing benefits.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in children’s residential care management.
• Experience in an LD/EBD home is desirable.
• Strong understanding of legislation and safeguarding procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Hold NVQ/QCF Level 3 Diploma for the Children’s and Young People’s Workforce; QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management or willingness to undertake.
