Job Title: Registered Manager – Children's Residential Home
Location: Dumfries, and Galloway DG11
Salary: £44,982.00 – £50,605.00 per annum (DOE) + 10% discretionary bonus
Number of Sleeps Required: N/A

Service: Children’s Home
Service Users: YPs with EBD and LD
Qualifications Required:
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (England) or
Care Services Leadership and Management SCQF Level 10 (Scotland)
Or willingness to work towards it
Experience in Years Required:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a children's residential setting (within the past 5 years)
At least 1 year’s experience in a leadership or supervisory role in the past 5 years

Number of Beds: Varies (2-3-bed homes)
Location: Cumbria, Lancashire, Yorkshire, St Helens, and across Scotland
Type of YPs: EBD, LD, Trauma, Neglect, CSE, CCE, PSB
Ofsted Rating: Varies by home
Ratio of Staff to Children: High staffing levels to support therapeutic practice ( 1-1 )
A motivated and experienced Registered Manager who thrives in a nurturing, therapeutic, and dynamic care setting. You’ll be passionate about supporting vulnerable young people and adept at leading teams in line with therapeutic models of care. Strong leadership, excellent safeguarding knowledge, and a commitment to professional growth are essential.
