Job Description

Riverside Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of a leading child-centred company based in Workington for a permanent Children’s Home Registered Manager.

This small, dynamic company is new to Cumbria but has extensive experience and a proven track record of transforming young people's lives with outstanding Ofsted ratings in other homes across the North West.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Registered Children's Home Manager eager to join a forward-thinking, family-operated organization that offers full autonomy and support from the Directors.

Your role will involve providing therapeutic care in a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment, helping children heal, grow, and reach their full potential.

Requirements

• Level 3 or 4 in residential childcare
• Recent work experience within a children’s home
• Experience in managing and supervising care staff

Hours and Compensation

• Full-time, permanent position
• Salary: £50,000 – £70,000 depending on experience
• Registration Bonus: £2,000
• Outstanding Ofsted rating bonus: £1,000
• 33 days holiday
• Flexible working hours, including options for remote work
