Children's Home Registered Manager - New Home

Riverside Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of a leading child-centred company, based in Workington, for a permanent Children's Home Registered Manager.

This is a small, young company new to operating within Cumbria, but with extensive experience and a proven track record of transforming young people's lives with outstanding Ofsted ratings in other homes in the North West.

The company is looking to appoint an experienced Registered Children's Home Manager who is excited to join a forward-thinking, family-operated company where you will have full autonomy and support from directors.

Your role will involve providing therapeutic care in a safe, supportive, and nurturing home environment, helping children heal, grow, and reach their full potential.

What are we looking for?

• Level 3 or 4 in residential childcare
• Recent work experience within a children's home
• Experience in managing and supervising care staff

Hours and Pay

• Full-time, permanent position
• Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 + Bonus
• 33 Days Holiday
