Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Domiciliary Care Registered Manager at Bellcare Domiciliary Care Services Ltd., located in Carlisle. The Domiciliary Care Registered Manager will be responsible for managing the delivery of domiciliary care services for clients. Daily tasks include overseeing case management, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, coordinating with social services, managing staff training programs, and ensuring high standards of elder care. The role also involves liaising with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and personalized care for each client.

Qualifications

• Skills in Case Management and Social Services
• Experience and expertise in Elder Care
• Proven abilities in Training and staff development
• Knowledge of Medicine related to elder and domiciliary care

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site role
