Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
We are recruiting an experienced Registered Manager to lead a specialist 3-bed respite service in Wembley, while providing operational oversight of a co-located Day Care Service and client transport provision.
This is an excellent opportunity for an established CQC Registered Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up into registration and take wider operational responsibility.
Reporting to the Managing Director and working closely with two Senior Coordinators, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality, safe and compliant service delivery across respite, day services and associated transport operations.
We are looking for a strong health and social care manager with the leadership skills and regulatory knowledge required to manage a CQC-regulated service.
You should ideally hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care/Health and Social Care, or an equivalent qualification.
Candidates holding Level 4 and actively working towards Level 5 may also be considered where they have suitable management experience.
It would be advantageous if you have experience within respite care or day services.
This is a full-time, permanent role based in Wembley, working 37.5 hours per week.
The respite provision operates at weekends, so some flexibility will be required to provide appropriate management oversight when necessary. This does not mean routinely working every weekend.
