Registered Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Hold overall responsibility for the day-to-day management and performance of the service
• Lead and develop the office team, ensuring high standards of care and customer service
• Maintain strong CQC compliance and quality standards across the services
• Oversee care delivery, staffing, recruitment, performance and operational activity
• Monitor key performance indicators and ensure the services continue to grow
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families and external professionals
• Drive continuous improvement across the services
• Lead and develop the team, creating a positive and high-performing working environment
• Ensure the services continue to meet and exceed regulatory and company standards

Essential Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
• Proven experience leading and developing a care team
• Strong understanding of operational management within homecare
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of service growth
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management for Adult Care or equivalent
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
