Registered Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Hold overall responsibility for the day-to-day management and performance of the service
- Lead and develop the office team, ensuring high standards of care and customer service
- Maintain strong CQC compliance and quality standards across the services
- Oversee care delivery, staffing, recruitment, performance and operational activity
- Monitor key performance indicators and ensure the services continue to grow
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families and external professionals
- Drive continuous improvement across the services
- Lead and develop the team, creating a positive and high-performing working environment
- Ensure the services continue to meet and exceed regulatory and company standards
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
- Proven experience leading and developing a care team
- Strong understanding of operational management within homecare
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of service growth
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management for Adult Care or equivalent
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
