  • Level 5, or working towards Level 4/5

  • Adult social care experience

  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, Operations Manager, Service Manager, or similar senior care role

  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations, inspections, quality statements, safeguarding and care compliance

  • Experience in adult social care, supported living, respite care, residential care, day services, or another regulated care setting

You will oversee the daily running of respite care, day care and related service operations, ensuring service users receive person-centred, safe and high-quality care. This will include managing referrals, assessments, care plans, reviews, risk assessments, occupancy, care outcomes and operational performance.

You will also support the safe and efficient coordination of client transport, working closely with coordinators, drivers, support staff and senior team members to ensure services run smoothly.

A key part of the role will involve leading staff teams, providing supervision, appraisals, coaching and performance support, while promoting a positive, accountable and professional working culture.
