Overseeing CQC registration and ensuring the Brook Street service meets all regulatory and statutory requirements, maintaining safe, effective, and well-led services at all times.
Leading & Developing Teams
Providing day-to-day leadership to the staff team, ensuring effective management, clear direction, and ongoing
support to maintain high standards of care and
Ensuring Accountability
Managing safeguarding concerns, incidents, and complaints, while working closely with the Locality Manager to drive continuous improvement and ensure ongoing compliance across the service.
