Job summary

Health Recruit Network seeks a Registered Care Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of a domiciliary care service covering Bromley and Lewisham in South East London. The service supports adults 18+ and those with dementia, delivered by a team of around 50 staff.

You will hold operational responsibility, ensure CQC compliance and quality standards, oversee audits and safeguarding, and work with local authorities to grow private and contract services while on-call duties are shared.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong knowledge of CQC compliance, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Take day-to-day operational responsibility for the domiciliary care service.
• Lead and manage a team of 50 staff including office manager and care coordinator.
• Ensure full CQC compliance, policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Salary: £38,000 per annum (annual increases + performance-based bonuses)

Hours: Full-Time (9:00am – 6:00pm, on‑call rota)

We are recruiting a Registered Care Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of an established domiciliary care service covering Bromley and Lewisham.

The service delivers approximately 1,400 care hours per week across a team of 50 staff, supporting adults aged 18+ through to elderly clients including those with dementia, learning disabilities, and those discharged from hospital.

This is a frontline leadership role working alongside a senior director focused on business development and contract growth.

The Role
