Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Manager with 1 year experience to join a well-established residential childcare provider.

This full-time role offers a salary of £50,000 and benefits.

As a Registered Manager, you will lead and manage a children's residential home, ensuring exceptional care and support for young people.

You will be responsible for:

1. Providing strong leadership and day-to-day management of the home.
2. Ensuring high standards of care are consistently maintained.
3. Overseeing staff management, development, and team performance.
4. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and OFSTED standards.
5. Managing budgets and ensuring resources are used effectively.
6. Supporting each child or young person to achieve their best possible outcomes.

What we are looking for:

1. Previously worked as a Childrens Home Manager, Home Manager, Care Manager or in a similar role.
2. At least 1 year experience working as a Registered Manager within a children's residential setting.
3. Background in management role.
4. Understanding of emotional and behavioral difficulties (EBD), SEMH, and complex or challenging behaviors.
5. NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management or working towards it.
6. Proven record of positive outcomes in Ofsted inspection.
