Your role and responsibilities as Registered Manager
This role will be best suited to an experienced Registered Manager who enjoys mentoring others and takes a considerate and progressive approach to leadership.
You will be able to create a family environment for young people in line with our therapeutic parenting ethos, which encourages development through a warm and nurturing approach.
With the full support of our experienced senior management team, care professionals, and in-house psychology team, you will oversee all aspects of the home's operation. You will promote the development of a high-quality, stimulating, and educationally rich environment in which children and young people can thrive.
What we offer you
Your starting salary is between £44,982.00 to £50,605.00 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience, qualifications, and training.
