Experience in Years Required: Minimum 3 years in a residential childcare setting

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager who will take lead responsibility for the day-to-day running and development of a children’s home. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential childcare, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to create a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for young people. You will foster a positive team spirit and establish strong community relationships to ensure the home is warm, caring, and child-centred.
You will also be required to register with Ofsted as the Registered Manager and ensure that the home consistently meets and exceeds the standards set by the regulator.
